Catherine has worked in the Safety arena for over 28 years and possesses extremely honed skills across a wide variety of industry sectors and at all levels of the organisational hierarchy. She established Customsafe in 1997 after spending a number of years in industry where she was an early leader in changing the approach to safety from reactive to proactive.
Since that time, Catherine has worked in management roles in large global organisations and has managed all aspects of WHS from development stage through to implementation.
With extremely high-level communication skills, Catherine has worked with Senior Managers as a mentor through change management programs to ensure that safety remains a priority, and that staff remain safe.
Catherine is a competent workplace facilitator and believes that partnering with business to improve safety performance is key to improving the overall performance of the organisation.

Geraldine has been working with Customsafe since 2004 and is passionate about simplifying systems and working with business to reduce risk and cut through complicated process. Geraldine has extensive knowledge in the civil construction and manufacturing industries and her extremely personable nature and methodical approach to her work is highly regarded by all.

New to the team this year, Alanna brings her recently acquired skills to contribute to the smooth day to day operation of Customsafe. She is extremely experienced in prioritising the needs of clients to ensure that we meet expectations. Alanna’s technical skills will assist with the timely turnaround of reports and other requirements and we look forward to her bringing fresh initiatives to the team.
