- Initial free planning workshop
- 2 Full consulting days per month to assist with training, progress reporting and presentations
- Phone and email support and advice
- Reduced consulting rates throughout the term of the package
This package would suit a medium length project such as setting up a organisational wide key risk program, and developing a formal Safety Strategic Plan.
12 months
- Initial free planning workshop
- 2 Full consulting days per month to assist with training, progress reporting and presentations
- Mid – term ½ day monitoring workshop
- Phone and email support and advice
- Reduced consulting rates throughout the term of the package
This package would suit an organisation with limited resources to address safety requirements and in the early stages of safety management.
